Donut should not be loose on the smallest adjustment setting. If you can pull ot over your dog's head, so can your dog! Velcro should overlap for a secure connection. Adjust tab so the neck opening is snug but not too tight--the way a flat collar fits.

Cover: Canvas. Inflatable Donut: vinyl.  Machine washable, remove inner tube and close zipper before washing cover.  Can be washed by hand with anti-bacterial soap and laid flat to dry. No dryer, no bleach, no iron. Do not dry clean.

Unworn apparel with tags attached & with all original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Items with stains, hair and/or odors are not returnable. Original shipping charges and return shipping cost is not refundable.
