Looking for a lightweight fleece to go under a puffer or 2-legged jammies that are easy to put on your pup? The Gondola Fleece Base Layer is the perfect solution for your dog to sleep in AND wear under winter coats or vests! GF PET® designed this soft poly fleece with extra room around the armpits and ribcage, so it won't chafe tender skin or cause rashes. The underside is cut high and fits close, so boys won't pee on the underside.
No back legs to slip off and get all tangled up in! Front legs are just the right length for shorty pit-types but fit more like 3/4 sleeves on giraffes. Altogether brilliant design!

This base layer has an incredible amount of stretch, so we recommend sizing down. It should have a close fit without being difficult to get both front legs into it easily. If it's too small, it may put too much stress on the seam bindings. If it's too big, it will stretch as it's worn and eventually slide down over your poor pup!
Measurements for each size are listed on the size chart (above size & color options). If your pup's length is significantly shorter than the length of the sweater, please size down, since length is not adjustable. Unworn apparel with tags attached & with all original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Items with stains, hair and/or odors are not returnable. Original shipping charges and return shipping cost is not refundable.

This is a really nice, stretchy and soft fleece. Perfect for a cold night or a chilly walk. Thin enough to fit under a harness. My dog doesn’t like long sleeves so I roll them up for her. That’s just her preference, not a fault of the product!
Nobody rocks GF Pet like Jewels! Ozzy likes the legs rolled up on his, too, otherwise he gets all tangled up in them LOL! I love that they stay rolled up
Kiwi loves her new pjs & base layer! I should’ve gotten an xl though instead of a 2xl, sometimes her paws slip inside the sleeves. She’s size 2xl in the coats though, so maybe size down on this one if you’re on the edge of sizes.

My older pup loves the feel of the fleece and it seems to calm and comfort him (like a thunder shirt might). My only issue is that within a couple of days, a hole started along the neck seam that I'll need to stitch. I'd like it to be a bit more sturdy.
