Cone should not be loose on the smallest adjustment setting. Likewise, velcro should overlap for secure connection. Adjust so that the neck opening is snug but not too tight--the way a flat collar fits.

Unworn apparel with tags attached & with all original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Items with stains, hair and/or odors are not returnable. Original shipping charges and return shipping cost is not refundable.
